  • 1 cup cleaned squash seeds
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil or melted butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
  • OR
  • 1 teaspoon spice mix of your choice

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350F.
  2. Mound the seeds on a baking sheet. Toss with oil and spices.
  3. Bake 15 minutes or until seeds are golden and starting to make popping noises.
