- 2 mangoes, peeled and diced
- 1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 1 medium jalapeno, seeded and minced
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together. Allow to sit for at least 30 minutes (2+ hours if you have them) before serving.
